I have never heard or had such a horrible experience . The receptionist shows no sympathy or care in the world. I had been extremely patient even after being told that I was waiting to be seen after 1 month . Going on 2 months I finally go to the office personally to be told they don't have my name in the system or my application. I had been changed my pcp over a month ago! I had been calling the office prior to being told this bizarre thing. I re filled the application out only to be told after 2 more weeks the doctors still hadn't reviewed my application. The excuse that they have so many applications did not apply to me since I had out my application far before Harvey. I thank God for my family for finding me another place because this was a horrible experience regardless .
